GAME HIGHLIGHTS
Chicago @ Brooklyn
Chicago arrives in Brooklyn, both teams starting to come out of slumps after hot starts. The Runners tee off for four home runs (Realmuto hits #9 as part of a 4-4 day) to take game one, 7-3, and tie Brooklyn in the standings.
Santa Ana @ Ann Arbor
Santa Ana takes a 7-0 lead, but Ann Arbor fights back and sends the game into extra innings. After the Wolves regain the lead in the top of the tenth, Amed Rosario pops a perfectly placed dunker just inside the right field foul line for a double to score the ghost runner. Robbie Grossman follows with a line drive double down the left field line scoring Rosario. The Landlubbers come all the way back for the 12-11 victory. The loss drops Santa Ana into a three way tie atop the KML with Chicago and Brooklyn.
Walla Walla @ Grants Pass
Grants Pass remains the hottest team in the league with their fourth straight win (8-2 in their last 10), a 6-2 home win over the Sweets. As he's done most the season, Jose Altuve leads the way with a 4-5 night. Despite their -31 run differential, the Brewers raise their record to 21-19, good for fourth (tied with Great) in the Frick.
