How can I spend an entire week in this state and not find a single restaurant capable of baking a decent cornbread or frying okra correctly?
I have a few ideas:
KC, Stroud's there are three of them.
Jack Stack in Overland Park KS, not far into Kansas side has a great Cheesy cornbake.
Or Lambert's near Springfield or Cape Girardeau.
In STL, I have no idea. I don't really like that town too much.
