I was going to turn it back over to Brenda, but he said he couldn't run a set of games until Thurs so I figured I could run one more tonight. Mistake. You'll see why later...

ACL's over Yetis:
Fun Fact: Boyd and a pair of RP combine on a 5 hit shutout in G2 for the ACL's in their 6-0 win.

Thunder sweep Rattlers:
Fun Fact: Strider is awesome. 9 innings, 2 hits, 0 runs, 0 walks, 10 K's in a 7-0 G2 win for the Thunder.

Rum Runners sweep Dogs:
Fun Fact: Nothing positive to say here. Rum Runners margin of victory in the three wins was four runs.

Landlubbers over Miners:
Fun Fact: Miners try to make a furious comeback with 2 in the 7th, 1 in the 8th, and 2 in the 9th in G2 but come up a little short, losing 7-6. Miners had bases loaded, at home, and Pena hit into a game-ending double play.

Auk sweep Hammers:
Fun Fact: 6 wins in a row for the Auk. as they are now tied for 1st in the Frick.

Kraken over Koi:
Fun Fact: Runs in G1 were at a premium as it was tied 0-0 heading into the top of the 10th before the Kraken score on a Bogaerts double. Good thing there was a ghost runner or these guys might still be playing.

Madmen over Sweets:
Fun Fact: It took almost all month, but my GIG prediction for the HBP came to fruition. Liberatore with his 13th plunked batter in G1 that the Sweets won 14-9.

Sea Wolves over Argos:
Fun Fact: They combined for only five his in G3, but the Wolves made the most of theirs winning 2-0.

Bums over Rougarou:
Fun Fact: I guess I deserve to be fired after this...

Brewers over Robots:
Fun Fact: too many Crews wins tonight.

Those dang Rum Runners now have swept my Auk and the Dogs in two of the last three series. The Yetis gave them problems though. The Yetis took 2 out of 3 from the Rum Runners saving a little pride for the Frick.
