GAME HIGHLIGHTS

Yetis 6, Thunder 4
Tucson has visions of fairways and greens in mind over the last week.  Yetis send them to their eighth straight loss, cruising for eight innings with a 6-0 lead before withstanding a Tucson rally in the ninth.  Jose Ramirez and James Outman homer in the inning but it is too little too late.

Sweets 14, Argos 7
Walla Walla torches Sandy Alcantara for 13 hits and 12 runs (Alcantara didn't help himself with 8 walks either) in four innings.

Madmen 3, Rougarou 0
Motor City pitching throws a three hit shutout and Ronald Acuna steals two bases to reach 100 steals on the season.  The Madmen star is on the very short list of MVP candidates.

Koi 9, Bums 5
Matt Wallner homers twice and drives in six runs to lead Arizona.

Scurvy eeks out the one run victory, and the Auk drop a hard fought one run contest with Grants Pass, once again tying the two teams in the standings.  The race for HFA in the first round of the Frick playoffs will go down to the final day, and maybe beyond.

The race for the KML crown will come down to the final game as well.  Chicago scores six in the seventh inning to break open a close game and put the pressure on Santa Ana.  The Wolves suffer a walk off loss thanks again to Yandy Diaz who singles in the winning run in the bottom of the ninth.

Leading 8-0 after three, Brooklyn costs to the win adding pressure to Ann Arbor.  the Landlubbers are up to the task riding a strong Kevin Gausman start (7 IP, 1 ER, 10 K) to the easy 8-1 victory.  This race will also come down to the final day.  If the two teams are tied after game 159, they will play a game 160 to determine the seedngs.
