The Kraken would like to test the market for Tony Gonsolin. He was on an Arb1 salary of $1.5m in MSB24 and is due a $500k increase for MSB25. He didn't pitch at all last season so he should eligible for a $1m ISO reducing his salary this season to $1m. Roster Resource has him penciled in as the Dodgers SP4 right now and Steamer is projecting 132 IP in the upcoming season.

I'd hold onto him myself but I'm going to be up against the salary cap this season and would offload his salary for a fair offer. I'm looking for pitching that can help in MSB25 or a draft pick.
