All waived from the rosters though Reyes, Dunn, and Gilbert had previously been waived.

I had a rule conversation with Butch today - Mateo will go back to the Sweets active roster.
Technically he was waived, relegated to the Sweets MiL roster (since he wasn't claimed), and then re-promoted. But the sake of efficiency we're going to just post this series of transactions here.
