I have always been the "show me" type. Show me work ethic, learning through adjustments, hardship... The hype of some of these first rounders is sometimes ridiculous.

Of course (and I think I say this every year), nobody will ever top Jason picking Mookie Betts in something like the 14th round - last pick in the draft one year.
