Rougarou @ Rattlers
A two homer game from Lakeview's Jazz Chisholm is offset by a two homer game from Windy City's Mitch Garver. The game comes down to a seeing eye single in the bottom of the ninth by Felix Fermin that drives in two and gives the Rattlers the walk off 8-7 win.
Miners @ Auk
Great continues their rise in the standings, squeezing out a hard fought 3-2 win over Phoenix. After five, 8 K innings from Freddy Peralta, the Auk weathers a 7th inning rally form the Miners to secure the win.
Dogs @ Brewers
The "hottest" (and I use that term lightly) two teams in the league square up in Grants Pass. With 15 teams at 4-6, 5-5, or 6-4 over their last ten, Scurvy and Grants Pass at 7-3 qualify loosely as hot. The Dogs use five pitchers; their ERA's: 1.43, 1.04, 5.23, 0.00, and 1.32. Too bad they threw that 5.23 in there... Alexis Diaz gives up two runs in the seventh and the Brewers bullpen finishes from there for a 3-1 victory.
