Two teams looking to turn things around. Mother Lode wins the series before a pitchers duel in game 3. Hawaiian Gardens opens their half of the first with a single, two walks and a grand slam by Anthony Santander and ride that four runs to the game three win. Outside the first inning, Argo pitching gives up just two hits and three walks, but the Hammers allow just five hits and a single run to make the grand slam hold up.

Ann Arbor scores in each of the last five innings and then holds off a furious Brewer rally in the ninth to escape with the 12-10 win. Logan Gilbert pitches his best game of the season, completing seven shutout innings, allowing just four hits and striking out 9 to front the Brewers 5-0 shutout in game 3.
