Argonauts Waive 1

After making two trades today, the Argonauts need to make a waiver move to get compliant.

The Argonauts will waive Eric Haase (500K/25).

We'll move Haase to the minors (at least temporarily) if he passes through.

Sorry Matt - relegating to the minors is only allowed during the offseason.
