Waiver Wire Question

1 - A player with a 2025 contract is waived with relegation.
2 - Said player goes unclaimed
3 - He is added to my minors and remains there for the entire 2025 season

Is that player removed from my control at the end of the 2025 season?

Yes, for the reason that his 2025 contract is then over. However you would retain the right to re-sign with the home team discount.
