I'm going to submit Franklin Gutierrez for the CO to consider. DMB has him missing 67%, but this website ...

... has him missing 120 games (74%). He has a 2018/$3M contract.

As I think you understand after reading your post in Jim's thread, I don't think that site is listing games, but days on the DL. I.E. Yimi Garcia is listed as 183, which I assume is the total number of days in the season. By that logic 120/183 is 65.5%. Sorry Kyle.
