Bums arb
If I'm correct, Rookie 4 contracts are arb eligible players. I have one, David Peralta, that I need to offer arbitration to.
I have a bunch of Rookie 3 contracts, but they won't be arbitration eligible until next winter. Right?
As long as I have this all correct, the Bums offer arbitration to their one eligible player, David Peralta.
